Conducted MSME program spanning over 28 days named Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprise (SCORE) Sponsored by International Labour Organisation & conducted by Process & Product Development Centre (PPDC) Agra coming under Ministry of MSME. TIA was the only company in Karnataka selected for this Program and implemented the same.
Regular visit to Engineering and Management Institutes and provide Industry specific Inputs to expose the students to Industries and Commerce to make them employable and also to help the Industries to get competent Professionals.
Provide opportunity to Colleges to bring their students to the Factory to get first hand knowledge in manufacturing and management. Permit them for In-plant – training and project work and provide employment to suitable candidates.
Signed MOU with a number of Engineering and Management Institutes to provide support for their faculties and students to improve their Core competence.
The Busts of Bharat Ratna Dr.Sir M Visvesvaraya and Field Marshal K M Cariappa are Installed at the factory to motivate the people by explaining their contributions to the Nation Building.
