Big Bag Dischargers are used to discharge the product from a Big Bag/ Jumbo bag eliminating dust, product contamination & Loss.
In most cases the bags are lifted by a monorail hoist with a frame to hang the loops of the bags, they are placed on a hopper with a rubber membrane for dust free operation.
Discharge aids like pneumatic bag massagers & Vibro motors are used. Depending on the application requirement downstream equipment’s can be chosen.
